I have to say the female Great Tit is one of the best parents I have seen, whilst watching nests in my bird boxes over the years. She has spent a lot of time making sure the nest cub is clean, although I do not think the young Great Tits are so impressed 🙂
Today I also saw the first wing testing by the young Great Tits. It will not be long before they leave the nest.
Also the food deliveries are getting slower by both parents. I wonder if this to try and tempt the young Great Tits to fledge?
