After watching Blue Tits, Great Tits and House Sparrow nests over the years, a Coal Tit nest is certainly showing differences in what happens.
I have not yet seen the male feed the female in the nest box, however I have heard him calling close by. I hope if and when the eggs hatch he will help with feeding the chicks.
All looks and appears to be going OK. I am still struggling to count how many eggs are in the nest. Sometimes I think I see three and sometimes I think I see four. Hopefully the female will let me see in the end.
