2 Chicks Hatched!

Part 1 of 2

A quick update at 06:20am! 2 of the eggs have successfully hatched. Bluey & Fluffy have been feeding the chicks. It looks like they hatched early this morning. We are a little worried as some of the food being brought in looks too big and the chicks are not always begging for food. It may be they are only a few hours old as to why. More soon . . . .

Part 2 of 2

By the end of Saturday a total of three eggs had hatched. During the day Bluey & Fluffy finally found out that big green caterpillars were not right and found some smaller flies etc. Fluffy safely returned and settled down for the night, keeping her three new chicks warm for the night. We hope some more of them hatch on Sunday.
