In November 2006, two new Blue Tit bird boxes were built and installed in our garden. The hope was that a pair of Blue Tit's would take up home and use one of them.

We were lucky, and in April 2007 a female built a nest and successfully laid 10 eggs.

Nive of the eggs hatched with three chicks succcessfully fledging.

From September to December 2007 we saw a rooster return each night to use one of our boxes. Sometimes we even had two roosters!
