Last year (2009) we had a pair of Blue Tits use one of our Blue Tit boxes. The pair successfully managed to bring eight chicks through. The hope is that a pair choose to use one of our boxes again this year.

Since the beginning of January we have seen a pair visiting box 1 often. As of Monday 18th January we have seen box 1 also used for roosting and on 6th February six nesting wiggles were made in box 1.

This website allows you to read the continuing unfolding story. The diary pages document all the highs & lows through out the season. We now have six cameras located inside and outside the boxes, monitoring the birds and our boxes. To browse our website please use the menu, located on the left.
